COMPATIBILITY
Check the app version, minimum system requirements and publisher on the official source page. Installation and updates are provided by Microsoft or the authorized app store.
FEATURES
Add, delete and reorder slides on a phone or tablet. Adjust the presentation's sequence before showing it without opening it on a computer.
Refine wording, edit text blocks, and format lists from a mobile device. This lets you update talking points and remove unnecessary details just before presenting.
Add images and choose the available picture formatting on your mobile device. A photo or diagram can explain a slide without a long text description.
Insert tables into a mobile presentation to arrange information in rows and columns. This is convenient for short comparisons, lists or schedules.
Add web links to presentation text directly from your phone or tablet. They let you share a source, a project page or additional presentation materials with the reader.
Choose a slide transition and its settings to connect the sections of your presentation. Use one suitable transition throughout for a consistent slideshow.
Add explanations and talking points to slides in the notes area of mobile PowerPoint. They remain with the presentation and help prepare your commentary for each section.
Play videos already added to a presentation alongside the slides. Inserting and trimming a new video on Android requires another version of PowerPoint.
Download and open the required files before disconnecting from the internet.
HELP CENTER
No direct installer is currently available. — No verified direct English installer is currently listed for this option. Download is disabled; an account, store or installation-guide page is not used as a replacement file. Existing licenses and activation arrangements remain separate.
Access and activation are determined by Microsoft and your existing entitlement. — Use the Microsoft account, work or school account, subscription or perpetual license that covers the selected product and edition. Downloading an installer or opening a guide does not grant a license.
Basic mobile capabilities are available separately from subscription features. — Before presenting, open your actual presentation on the device and test the embedded video.
Use the installation path for your actual device and license. — Check the official system requirements, platform, edition and architecture before installation. On Windows, confirm compatibility with existing Office apps and add-ins. Windows installation media cannot be installed on macOS or mobile devices.
Back up your documents and confirm the release’s requirements and support status. — Check Microsoft’s current requirements and lifecycle information for the exact release. A working download link does not establish support or compatibility.
