HELP CENTER
For a regular PC, choose x64 or x86. — Most modern Intel and AMD PCs use x64. ARM64 is for Windows devices with ARM processors, while x86 is for a 32-bit system.
Check the architecture in Windows. — Open Windows system information and check the system and processor types. Choose the file based on that architecture, not the amount of RAM.
The x86 build has a different version number. — In the catalog, x86 and x64 refer to different builds. This is not a download error; compare the platform and architecture before the version number.
The EXE installs the client, not storage. — The installation file does not add gigabytes. Your storage quota is determined by the account and its plan after you sign in.
Reinstallation does not replace a sync check. — First, check your sign-in, sync status, and free space. Downloading the EXE again is only necessary if the app is damaged or missing.
